Brock Lesnar Punches

Brock Lesnar Punches are some of the most hard hitting in all of the UFC. In both of his career UFC fights, he knocked down his opponents with the first punch. Heath Herring even got a broken bone in his face after a brock lesnar punch.

But what makes him hit so damn hard? Well, let's start by saying that even though he weighs in at 265 pounds, many say he shows up at the fight around 20 or 30 pounds heavier. Not only that, but Brock Lesnar's muscles are absolutely some of the strongest in all of MMA.

The next reason that Brock Lesnar punches hurt so bad is the size of his hands. He is the first person in the UFC to wear quad-XL gloves. That is bigger than Tim Sylvia, or any other person in the UFC. Imagine getting hit with a bowling ball. That is about how hard Brock Lesnar hits.

This November during UFC 91, we will get to witness Brock Lesnar vs Randy Couture, and see exactly how hard Brock Lesnar punches will effect Randy. Although Randy was able to weather Tim Sylvia's storm and ultimately beat him, many are saying that Brock Lesnar's punches and kicks will be too much for him to handle, and he will ultimately fold.

We will have the fight on our blog the very next day, so bookmark!
